The Sovereignty of God. This classic book, by A. W. Pink, was perhaps the single most influential book in my life, after the Bible. It has transformed the thinking of many believers. As its title suggests, the book is about how God is absolutely sovereign in the affairs of this world. Among other things, Pink persuasively argues for the Calvinisitc view of election and predestination. We challenge you to read the Introduction and not keep reading!
The Wesminster Confession of Faith (1646). Produced by the English Puritans, this is a classic statement of what Reformed Christianity is. As you read it with its proof texts, observe how conscientious and reverent these men were in their approach to Scripture. Could a better statement of evangelical faith be written? Not easily!
